Brotlates was founded in 2019 by Kishor Suthar, a man whose relationship with spaces, structures, and design runs far deeper than most. With decades of hands-on experience earned through his journey with the parent company Aakruti Interior, Kishor had seen the industry from every angle — the craftsmanship, the chaos, the compromises, and the countless times clients were told that "good work costs more." He never agreed with that.
That belief became the foundation of Brotlates.

Long before Brotlates had a name, it had a philosophy. Working through Aakruti Interior, Kishor and his team had already built a reputation for delivering projects that spoke for themselves — clean finishes, strong structures, and spaces that felt exactly the way clients imagined them, sometimes even better. But somewhere along the way, a question kept coming back: Why should a great interior project be out of reach for the average person or business?
The answer was simple — it shouldn't be.

Mukesh Suthar (MK) - Co-Founder
Project Management
Mukesh makes sure every project moves the way it should — on time, on track, and without confusion. He handles the full lifecycle of project operations, from planning and scheduling to vendor coordination and resource management. He is the person who turns a plan into action, keeps all departments aligned, and ensures that no project ever loses its momentum from start to handover.

Shivam Gupta - Supervisor
Site Supervisor
Shivam is the man on the ground. He is present at every site, every day — supervising civil work, managing labor, checking material quality, and making sure everything being built matches exactly what was planned. He keeps the site organized, productive, and moving forward. Simply put, if something is being built, Shivam is making sure it's being built right.

Kusum - Accounts
Accounts & Office Management
Kusum keeps the backend of Brotlates running without a hitch. She manages billing, client payments, vendor invoices, and day-to-day office operations — making sure every financial transaction is accurate, every document is in place, and the office runs like clockwork. While the team builds on-site, Kusum ensures everything behind the scenes is just as solid.

Full-Time | On-Site
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our design team. As an Interior Designer at Brotlates, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing stunning interior spaces for residential and commercial turnkey projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts

Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions
